Alors qu'est ce que le métier du diagnostiqueur ?
Vous avez sûrement entendu parler des diagnostics immobiliers par les médias ou encore lors de la vente d'un logement : le diagnostiqueur va vérifier la conformité d'un logement selon des normes bien définies que cela soit en électricité- en gaz - en plomb mais pas seulement
Le métier de diagnostiqueur c'est aussi un métier d'analyse - de technicité du bâtiment et pour lequel on cherche la petite bête!

Si vous aimez le bâtiment et sa technicité, si vous avez de l'expérience dans le bâtiment, ou si vous êtes étudiants en BTS bâtiment ou génie civil alors ce métier va vous plaire!
Sans diplôme, en suivant une formation complète vous pourrez obtenir l'équivalent d'un BAC +2 dans le bâtiment.
Vous allez toucher à tous les corps d'état (gaz-électricité-plomberie) mais aussi découvrir le domaine de la performance énergétique sans oublier l'amiante.
